Are you a Openwater Diver but want to dive deeper to a Maximum of 30 Metres ?
Then this is the course for you,
The Advanced Openwater Course is the next step after the Openwater Diver Course and is the second most popular PADI certification,
It takes you through 5 out of the many Adventure Dives on offer,
2 of which must be :- Deep and also Navigation,
What Does The Course Allow Me To Do ?
Once Completed the Advanced Openwater Diver Course allows you to dive down to a Maximum of 30 Metres,
It also allows you to fine tune your Diving Skills and Buoyancy,
What Will I Need ?
Be in good health, be reasonably fit and comfortable in water,
To hold a PADI Openwater Diver Certification, (or equivalent)
Be over the age of 12 years old for the Junior Advanced Openwater Diver or over 15 years old for the Advanced Openwater Diver,
You'll need to bring a swim suit, towel and 2 Passport Sized Photographs,
Complete a PADI Medical Statement Form, PADI Statement Of Risks & Liability Form, PADI SAFE Diving Form,

You'll need self-study material, PADI Manual and DVD which we require you to read before starting your first session,
(This is included in the course price)
Choose 3 Adventure Dives from the list below, Deep and Navigation are compulsory to make 5 Adventure Dives,
How Long Will It Take ?
Independent Home Study (Manual & DVD),
2 Full Days Openwater Training, 5 dives, (local Lake or Coast sessions),
What Will I Do ?
Lake or Coastal sessions:-
Over the 2 days diving you will dive a minimum of 5 dives, 1 of which will be the Deep dive and 1 other being also Navigation, ( these are compulsory ), the rest will be made up off what you wish to choose, many different Adventure Dives can be made at the local lake site but others may need the coast so please consult first,
All Adventure Dives are a quick incite to the main Specialty Dives that can be completed after the Advanced and so if there is Specialty that you would like to do in the future then this would be a great step and also counts towards it,

What Will I Use ?
All the equipment that you'll use is the basic scuba gear typically used,
Mask, Snorkel and Fins,
Buoyancy Control Devise (BCD) which includes the scuba tank,
Regulator to breathe from and also a console that has your your air gauge, depth gauge and compass,
You will also wear a weight system and also an exposure suit as required by the local environment,
It may also include extra equipment for the Adventure Dives chosen, ( some extra equipment may be at an extra charge, please consult first )
